Holidays

13 January 2010 Filed In: corner view

We always spend our Winter holiday in California with my parents and my youngest brother. This year, my parents’ computer unfortunately deleted all of our pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but here are some from the local playground and from Train Town in Sonoma.

As you can see, our holiday was a wild ride! If these pictures had audio, you would hear giggling galore.
In fact, that beautiful sound, emanating from both children, their parents, their grandparents and their uncle is how I will remember our holiday season. What will you remember from your holiday?

Oh my friend if I close my eyes I can hear the laughter. It is wonderful to spend the holidays with the ones that you love. The photos might be gone but they live within. Your children are cute!! xo

giggling galore is just the best thing to remember. lucky lady :)
luckily, I'll remember many good things too.

remind your parents to feed that computer more regularly to avoid this sort of fiasco.

I love the sound of giggling (so much nicer than shrieking, although that can be funny, too!). Thanks for an adorable corner view!

Oh Cate! what a bummer about the photos! Alas the playground looks fun and without snow – eh! yay a get away. Speaking of get-aways! I was in the city last weekend. I looked at your blog but at the time it seemed that you might have still been away – or still settling in. Welcome back. Watch out for those cold winds. We walked a lot during the days but at night the taxi was our friend. The Winter Vegetable Tomato Sauce looks amazing. Will try it tomorrow! yay needed a new spin!
