We are still in Cali where the children are getting majorly spoiled by their grandparents, and I am acting as sous-chef to Mama Bruce. Promise to be back in a few days to share all of the dishes that we’ve been making up in our play time.

Happy New Year Cate! Lovely shots- looks like central Cali? Looking forward to new recipes- and a question I had- your picture of the roasting chicken -and I think a few other things as well- it was done in a green roasting/baking dish? What brand of dish is it or do you have a brand you would recommend? One that might double as a baking pan and roasting dish? We've been using our cast iron but I'd love a pretty baking dish for that lovely Sunday roast! Cheers and safe travels!
